At TOR330 - Tor des Géants® Jonas Russi and Silvia Trigueros Garrote try to outdistance their rivals

The first night brought some surprises. And big ones… In about 30 hours, the TOR330 - Tor des Géants® lost several top runners. The first to surrender, before the Col de l'Entrelor, was King Franco Collé, struggling with an Achilles tendon problem that has been tormenting him for some time and has returned at the least opportune moment. The women's competition is also proceeding head to head, but with an "accordion" trend: Silvia Trigueros Garrote increases and shortens her advantage over the British Sabrina Verjee at each time measurement: if at the entrance to the life base of Donnas - where the two very strong athletes entered ninth and tenth respectively of the overall standings - the gap was 13 minutes, the Spaniard went out without stopping, thus finding herself 50 minutes ahead. At Sassa Trigueros Garrote arrived at 6:02 pm, while Verjee arrived at 6:41 pm. Behind them, at the moment the Australian Sophie Grant, who arrived in Perloz at 6:34 pm, seems to be the most accredited to fight for the podium. The Frenchman was almost five hours ahead of Luca Papi and Tiaan Erwee at the Rifugio della Barma.
